RerTár, the airplane museum of Szolnok with its over 4500 m2 covered exhibition area, and about 60 000 m2 total area is a unique aviation history exhibition place in East-Europe. In addition to the “retired” and reconstructed planes, several interactive tools provide a special experience to the visitors. RepTár is not only an exhibition place, but also a thematic park providing experiences and fun providing recreation to the families, friend groups being funs of aviation. 

The military plane collection recognized internationally, as well, moved to the RepTár from the Military Historical Museum of Szolnok. By that, it received deserved place and became visitable all around the year. In addition to the plane structures – behind the joystick of which you can take a seat – further interesting things are also awaiting the visitors: gears, anti-aircraft devices, various relics also assist in learning the history of Hungarian aviation. There is a playing court for  the children, restaurant and coffee bar for the persons looking for relaxing, an obstacle course for the ones liking challenges, an event room providing warrantied memorable site for conferences, family or friend group events. 

Opening hours during winter: 25 January, 2020 – 01 March, 2020 and 02 November, 2020 and 31 December of 2020:  closed on Mondays, open on Tuesday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. till 05:00 p.m., closing of the cash desk at 04:30 p.m.
